About The Role:
The Project Manager role focuses on managing, organizing and scheduling multiple projects and maintaining detailed reports and communicating that over to team and management.
What you'll do:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Project Management including rehab estimating, planning, scheduling & management - Budgeting & tracking
· Vendor management, cost control and procurement
· "Appraise" properties as directed and trained by Management
· City/County/Building Department interaction as required
· Assist resale department
Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
