Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, including sweeping, mopping to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Conduct routine janitorial duties such as trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and restroom sanitation.
- Carry out custodial tasks in commercial settings, ensuring all areas are hygienic and well-maintained.
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Support additional custodial responsibilities like carpet cleaning, surface disinfecting, and specialized cleaning projects as needed.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial environments is highly preferred.
- Experience with cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuums.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing.
