About Us
At New York Geothermal Supply, we are driving the future of clean, sustainable energy across New York State. Based out of our Monticello office, we supply top-of-the-line geothermal heating and cooling components to contractors and developers.
We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Distribution Branch Manger to manage our local logistics from the ground up. Right now, you will be our sole operator in Monticello—managing the warehouse and making the deliveries. As we expand, you will have the unique opportunity to help build, manage, and lead our local operations team.
The Opportunity: What You'll Do
Because we are in a high-growth phase, your day-to-day will be dynamic and split between warehouse management and regional deliveries.
- Own the Warehouse: Oversee the receipt, organization, and inventory tracking of geothermal equipment, piping, and fluids at our Monticello facility.
- Fulfill & Deliver Orders: Accurately stage contractor orders, load the company vehicle, and safely deliver materials directly to regional job sites.
- Optimize Operations: Plan efficient delivery routes and keep shipping/receiving documentation organized.
- Future Leadership: Help us establish local processes today so you can help hire, train, and manage future warehouse and driving staff as we grow.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years in warehouse management, logistics, or commercial delivery operations. Experience in Geothermal, HVAC, plumbing, or building supply is a massive plus.
- License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and safely operate material handling equipment (Forklift experience preferred).
- The "Growth" Mindset: We need a self-starter who is excited by autonomy, takes pride in a well-run shop, and wants to grow into a management role.
