Coastal Health is seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our growing medical practices. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a commitment to exceptional patient care, and the ability to manage both administrative and clinical office workflows.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical office to ensure efficient and effective patient care.

Supervise, mentor, and support front office and clinical staff.

Manage staffing schedules, timekeeping, onboarding, and training.

Monitor office workflows and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and organizational policies and procedures.

Address patient concerns and resolve service issues in a professional and timely manner.

Coordinate provider schedules and support operational needs.

Monitor office inventory and order supplies as needed.

Collaborate with leadership on performance goals, quality initiatives, and operational improvements.

Assist with revenue cycle processes, including registration, insurance verification, and front-end collections.

Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered work environment.

Previous medical office management or healthcare leadership experience required.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and medical office operations.

Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance processes, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations.

Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other healthcare software.

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably with coursework in health care administration.
Experience: Minimum three years of healthcare experience required, including one year of management or specific leadership experience in health care.
