What You'll Actually Make:
- $600-$1,000+ per week (plus tips)
- Earn up to $1,000 bonus based on the 5-star reviews you earn from clients
- Weekly pay (not bi-weekly)
- Paid training from day one
Your Day Looks Like This:
- Clean 2-4 homes per day using our proven checklist system
- Work with the same teammate(s) consistently
- Serve luxury homes in beautiful neighborhoods (Del Mar, La Jolla, Carmel Valley)
- Finish by 3-4 PM most days
- No nights or weekends required

What We Need From You:
- Live within 30 minutes of Carmel Valley/Del Mar/Mira Mesa/La Jolla/Carmel Mountain
- Valid driver's license + reliable car
- Physically able to lift 20 lbs and perform cleaning duties
- Speak, read, and write English fluently
- Pass background check
- Show up on time, every time
