Ulta Medical Supply is looking for an experienced pharmacy technician to step into a key leadership role as our Designated Representative (DR) for wholesale drug distribution licensing.
This is a critical, long-term position responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance across multiple states while also overseeing fulfillment operations for our growing medical supply business.
We are not looking for a “clock-in, clock-out” technician. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company, take ownership of compliance, and become a long-term partner in building something stable and scalable.
What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for ensuring our company stays fully compliant and operationally sound in a regulated environment:
- Serve as Designated Representative for wholesale drug distributor licensing
- Maintain and renew multi-state pharmacy and distribution licenses
- Ensure compliance with DSCSA and all applicable regulations
- Oversee inventory accuracy, expiration tracking, and medication handling
- Support fulfillment processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain inspection readiness and required documentation
- Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Active Pharmacy Technician license (or equivalent pharmacy credential)
- 3+ years of pharmacy experience (retail, hospital, or specialty)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a regulated, compliance-heavy environment
Preferred:
- Experience in pharmacy operations, inventory, or fulfillment
- Exposure to regulatory compliance, DSCSA, or licensing
- Experience in hospital, specialty, or distribution pharmacy settings
- Interest in long-term growth into operations/compliance leadership
- Experience with pharmacy/distributor ERP systems

Compensation & Structure
- $55,000 – $70,000 annually

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
