Job Overview
We are looking for a line cook to join our team! We make everything from scratch, with menus changing seasonally and utilizing many locally produced ingredients. As a scratch-kitchen, staff is expected to participate in prep projects, following recipes and being accountable for a well-stocked station. An ideal candidate would have experience with line cooking, with strong organizational skills, willingness to communicate and work as part of a team, the sense of urgency required in a fast-paced kitchen.
Shifts are usually 7:30am-4pm, with a half hour break. Applicants must be willing to work one weekend day. Staff meals are provided free of charge.
