We are seeking a dedicated and self motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing pest control services for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be trained to have a strong understanding of pest management techniques, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients.
Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide recommendations to clients on preventative measures and maintenance for pest control.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment details and customer interactions.
- Educate clients on pest behavior, prevention strategies, and the importance of ongoing pest management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Drive to various job sites using company vehicles while adhering to traffic regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in pest control is not required; we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies.
- Strong collaboration skills for effective teamwork with sales personnel and other technicians.
There are no sales required and it is not commission paid. No nights or weekend work. Paid “Major” holidays off. You need to be at least 21 years old, with a positive self motivated personality.
