Job Duties: Will work in a food safety environment and must follow the rules of the buying points. Will inspect peanuts against the US Grade Standards and determine if the peanuts meets or fails to meet the standards. May be required to drive to different buying points to inspect peanuts.
Hours and Days: Can work up to 7 days a week. Will be required to work day & evening hours and weekends. The buying points dictate when work is performed. Pay rate is $17.00 per hour. This is an OPS Temporary/ Seasonal position (hours based on crop and weather conditions). Job will last approximately 8-12 weeks. Employer has a casual dress code.
- Will provide on the job training.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand frequently on a daily basis.
- Bend and /or Stoop occasionally.
- Lift 25-50 pounds frequently on a daily basis.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License/ ID.
