Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise culinary teams across multiple departments, including fine dining, catering, banquet services, and dietary accommodations.

- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish served.
- Manage inventory control, food cost analysis, and procurement processes to optimize resources and reduce waste.
- Enforce strict adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures, sanitation standards, and health regulations to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests.
- Coordinate shift management, staff scheduling, training programs, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled culinary team.
- Collaborate with management on budget planning, cost control initiatives, and strategic planning for culinary growth.
Skills
- Extensive banquet experience combined with strong supervising skills to lead large-scale events seamlessly.
- Proven expertise in food production, menu planning, and catering within a hospitality or restaurant setting.
