Requirements of Diesel Technician:
- 3 + Years of Heavy Diesel / Class 6 -8 Truck Repair experience required
- Diagnostic / Troubleshooting experience required
- Experience with Cummins, Detroit, PACCAR, Volvo, or International Diesel Engines preferred
- Experience working on Freightliner, Peterbilt, Kenworth, Volvo, Mack, International, Western Star, Hino, or Isuzu preferred
- Experience with Commercial, Dry Van, Flatbed Trailers preferred

Responsibilities of Diesel Technician:
- This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining medium- and heavy-duty commercial trucks and trailers
- Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, diesel engine diagnostics, DOT inspections, and mechanical and electrical repairs involving engines, transmissions, drivetrains, brakes, suspension, steering, hydraulics, cooling systems, and electrical systems
- Work includes servicing Class 6-8 trucks, semi-trucks, tractors, and commercial trailers
- Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components
- Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer
- As a diesel technician you will work in a clean safe environment
