Position: Forklift Operator
Job Summary
Partners Personnel is looking for experienced and dependable Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team in Dayton, NJ. The ideal candidate will have experience operating reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, and/or order pickers and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, and other powered industrial equipment
- Move, stage, and organize products throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload materials as needed
- Assist with receiving, put-away, picking, and general warehouse operations
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain accurate product placement and inventory organization
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous forklift/PIT experience required
- Experience operating a reach truck, stand-up forklift, or order picker
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must be able to provide a copy of a High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Schedule & Pay
Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
$21.50 per hour
