Requirements include (but not necessarily limited to):
- Experience with outside sales to residential prospects general construction, siding, etc＊Experience selling roofs is a plus, but not required. We will train if you are good at sales in a residential environment.
- Can effectively utilize email and text as well as e-document signing for prospects who may not want to meet face to face due to virus concerns
- Must have smart phone and be proficient with it
- Must be able to learn and use Job Management software (experience with Acculynx, Job Nimbus or similar software programs a plus)
- Able to walk roofs, perform roof inspections, create photo damage observation reports etc.
- Will provide company vehicle
- Able to close deals on first call
- Must have good work ethic for followup (especially phone followup - not all sales will be made on first call)
- Knowledge of St. Augustine, St. Johns County and Jacksonville areas

This is a commission based 1099 position.
Additional info: We advertise for leads. Leads from our advertising campaigns are provided to our top salespeople. HOWEVER if you can generate your own leads, your commission rate will be even higher for those sales. Ability to self generate your own leads through referrals, networking, canvassing etc.. is a BIG plus.
