We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving project success. Duties
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, and resource allocation using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor project progress through detailed scheduling and blueprint reading, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
- Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes while maintaining compliance with industry standards
- Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is performed according to schematics and blueprints
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality control, and adherence to specifications like Civil 3D drawings
- Utilize tools such as ProCore and Bluebeam for document management, RFIs, submittals, and reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management or project coordination within the civil or heavy construction industry
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling software including Primavera P6 and Primavera; familiarity with HeavyBid is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, contracts, and construction documents effectively
- Hands-on experience with construction estimating and cost control techniques
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and regulations
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D; experience with project management tools is essential
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
