Building maintenance person-
We manage a 146 small rooms building complex needing a reliable, honest and hands-on maintenance person. This position is responsible for the grounds keeping, and assisting housekeepers with lifting heavy items furniture maintenance, and repairs of the units, teamwork and a good attitude are a must.
Requirement:
- Authorized to work legally in the United States
- 21 years of age minimum
- Fit and able to lift 50 to 70 lbs.
- General repairs knowledge: Drywall, paint, electric, plumbing
- Able to follow orders from: the hotel manager, housekeeping supervisor, and front desk supervisor.
- detail oriented and proactive, with a go-getter attitude.
Candidates with prior maintenance experience will have some priority.
