Overview
The company is an all-terrain vehicle manufacturer. Located in Riverside, CA, we are currently looking for a dedicated, responsible, and capable parts specialist. After familiarizing yourself with the daily workflow (2-4 weeks), there is potential for advancement to parts manager. See below for specific responsibilities.
The hourly wage listed in this post is a rough estimate; the actual wage will depend on individual background and skills. If you have experience in building or managing online inventory systems, please let us know.
Parts Specialist's main duties include, but are not limited to:
1. Print parts orders, collect goods according to the orders, and UPS will print shipping labels and ship the goods.
2. Inventory organization includes placement, counting, and system entry.
3. Place a parts order; count and store the parts upon arrival.
4. Help customers check order details
The main duties of a Parts Manager include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Manage parts specialists and daily parts orders to ensure smooth and orderly processes.
2. Spare parts inventory management and ordering
3. Summarize and organize the existing inventory system (set inventory highs, lows, and reorder points based on sales history).
4. Tracking and follow-up of spare parts orders (with suppliers in China)
Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
