AP Sales Enterprise is seeking a full-time Entry Level Sales Manager who is ready to grow with a sales and development firm that walks the talk. The Entry Level Sales Manager will showcase everything Verizon, from the latest pocket-sized supercomputers to data plans that laugh in the face of buffering, and Direct TV, because life's too short for bad TV.
As an Entry Level Sales Manager, you'll immerse yourself in training that covers Verizon's services until you can answer any question without sounding like you swallowed a brochure. Then you'll become the leader who makes every day a masterclass in sales done right, helping your team through objections and celebrating wins that deserve more than a Slack emoji.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Manager
- Learn to supervise customer acquisition in person, with a focus on Verizon smartphones, 5G connectivity, mobile data solutions, and Direct TV programming options.
- Train and coach your sales team to assess customer habits, streaming preferences, and device usage to uncover relevant sales opportunities.
- Support sales execution by helping sales team members present the value of Verizon's network performance, device lineup, and flexible data plans.
- Guide customers through available smartphone models, trade-in opportunities, premium features, and entertainment bundles to support informed purchasing decisions.
- Review sales trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities to strengthen customer engagement and improve sales performance.
- Ensure the sales team remains knowledgeable on Verizon promotions, device launches, wireless offerings, and DIRECTV service enhancements.
