Location: New York City (onsite hybrid 2-3 days per week)
Experience: 3–7 years in retail or sales operations, running the back end that makes retail accounts deliver
This isn't a back-office role. We built Loop by going all in from day one. You'll own the operational engine behind our retail business: onboarding retailers, getting item data right, running POs and ASNs, keeping forecasts tight and compliance clean, and making sure every order lands on time and in full. The work that today is scattered across Retail and Operations becomes one person's to own. All yours. As we scale into high-volume club and mass-retail accounts, the margin for operational error disappears. If you've run retail ops end to end and you like fixing the messy parts before they cost a shipment, this is where you do it.
You step into ownership. You move fast and take responsibility for what you build. You'll own U.S. retail operations across key accounts, partnering closely with Retail Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and our 3PL and retail partners to keep execution tight: orders flowing, inventory accurate, forecasts sharp, compliance clean. You set the SOPs, call the priorities when a shipment is at risk, and own the scorecard that says whether it worked.
You own retailer onboarding and EDI setup, item setup, vendor portals, and item master data accuracy across systems, plus the manual workflows non-EDI partners need
You own retailer-specific packaging and labeling compliance
You run end-to-end PO management from receipt to delivery across all accounts, ASN creation and compliance, and daily 3PL coordination, keeping orders on time and in full against retailer windows
You own daily operations across inventory, scheduling, and process compliance, and you keep selling opportunities from slipping
You coordinate retail demand signals into S&OP, partner with Account Managers on forecast inputs, own promotional forecast coordination, and liaise with Supply Chain on fill, OTIF, and inventory
You manage deduction and chargeback resolution, partner with Finance on AR and trade reconciliation, own retailer compliance scorecards (OTIF, ASN, fill), and drive root-cause corrective action instead of just reporting it
You own the relationship with retail merchandisers and audit agencies, and make sure displays and POS are executed and verified at shelf, working through the audit and merchandising org
You build, enforce, and keep optimizing the SOPs for sales operations and fulfillment as the business scales
You build retail operations dashboards and scorecard reporting, surface operational risks and execution gaps, and partner with National Account Managers on retailer-specific ops analytics
You support strategic product lifecycle account planning, communicate proactively with external partners so every touchpoint stays aligned, and call out risks and trade-offs before they cost a shipment
wait for a perfect system before fixing the broken one
let a chargeback or a missed ASN quietly become someone else's problem
hide behind process when an account needs an answer now
We look for people who think big, stay curious, and aren't afraid to go all in to make things happen. You'll succeed by keeping orders on time and in full, onboarding retailers without friction, driving chargebacks and deductions down, and giving Retail and Operations one source of truth on how the business is executing. Systems plus instinct. Detail plus speed. Ownership without the hand-holding.
3–7 years in retail operations, sales operations, or a closely related field, running the back end that makes accounts deliver

Strong working capability across Excel, ERP, CRM, and order management systems, and you use them to drive execution, forecasting, and order flow
A track record of owning complex accounts or processes end to end in a fast-paced environment
You read the data: inventory, velocity, compliance, and you use it to make sharper calls, not to justify the ones you've already made
Sharp problem-solving, attention to detail, and the judgment to handle confidential information well
You're comfortable with change and ambiguity
Strong project management chops: you manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders across Retail, Ops, Supply Chain, and Finance without dropping balls
A self-starter with a sense of humor, real integrity, and genuine appreciation for teamwork
Based in the U.S. and able to support West Coast hours for time-sensitive retail partners
Experience crafting, maintaining, or improving SOPs
Experience reviewing customer routing guides and operational requirements
Experience with high-volume club or mass-retail accounts
