Position Overview: We are currently looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Counter Sales and Water Testing Associate. This role will involve a combination of counter sales, water testing, routine office tasks, and occasional project assistance. This is a part-time position to start, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Counter Sales: Assist customers with their inquiries and purchases at the counter. Provide product information, answer questions, and offer recommendations to fulfill customer needs.
· Water Testing: Conduct water quality tests for customers using provided testing equipment. Interpret test results and offer appropriate solutions or recommendations.
· Office Duties: Perform routine office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, maintaining records, and assisting with administrative duties.
· Project Support: Collaborate with the team on various projects as needed. This could involve tasks such as organizing inventory, setting up displays, or contributing to marketing initiatives.
· Weekend Availability: Be available to work on weekends to accommodate customer traffic and ensure excellent service during peak hours.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a similar role is a plus.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic knowledge of water treatment or the willingness to learn about water quality and related products.
· Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask effectively.
· Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing business needs.
· Positive attitude and willingness to provide exceptional customer service.
