Clean Krete specializes in exterior concrete cleaning, staining, sealing, resurfacing, and coating systems for residential and commercial properties. We help homeowners, property managers, and businesses restore and enhance the appearance and durability of their concrete surfaces.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with company-provided leads and customer inquiries.
- Schedule and conduct on-site estimates.
- Evaluate project needs and prepare proposals.
- Follow up on estimates and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Communicate with clients throughout the sales and project process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, estimates, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with office staff and field crews to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred (construction, home improvement, coatings, landscaping, or related industries is a plus).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to build trust and close sales.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
