What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out access control procedures, credential verification, visitor processing, and site-specific security-related policies at an aerospace and defense location.

Monitor entry and exit points, screen personnel and/or vehicles as required, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, sensitive materials, and/or controlled spaces.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and support emergency response activities in accordance with post orders and client guidelines.

Maintain accurate logs, reports, and access records, communicate relevant information to supervisors and/or site contacts, and report unusual activity or policy violations.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including interior areas and perimeter points, while observing for suspicious activity, access concerns, and other security-related issues.
Minimum Requirements:

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
