Warehouse Quality Control personnel are responsible for carrying out inspections and test requirements across all stages of shipping to ensure customer needs are met. This position is also responsible for recording and reporting any defects to the appropriate departments to ensure that they are resolved before delivery to the customer.

Pay rate: $21/hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and enter incoming shipments into tracking systems and confirm that parts are without damage, match specifications, and contain the required documentation as detailed in the purchase order.
- Interface with various internal departments throughout the company to resolve issues and provide updates on order statuses.
- Assist in managing the stocking and distribution of various components, including those found within the electronics, aviation, aerospace, defense, marine, manufacturing, and land-based vehicle industries.
- Candidates should meet the physical requirements needed to perform the functions of the position, such as the ability to bend, reach above head level, and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Assemble and organize packets to accurately reflect order details for the quality assurance team to process.
- Create documentation to certify parts under ASAP quality assurance guidelines to match sale order specifications.
- Arrange for the shipment and delivery of orders through approved vendors.
- Ensure the workspace for quality assurance and shipping is clean, organized, and free from foreign object debris.
- Ability to work independently while balancing team-based responsibilities with effective time management skills.
- May perform other duties in support of quality assurance or regulatory affairs as necessary.

Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Must be able to pass background checks and drug screens.
- Intermediate computer skills required.
- Detail oriented and methodical.
- Must be able to stand and sit for long periods of time and be able to lift 35-50 pounds.
- Must be able to utilize the pallet jacks to move pallets and boxes within the warehouse.
Education/Experience:
- Relevant safety training and/or certifications.
- Demonstrated experience in a quality manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, record management, or related fields preferred.
ITAR Requirements:
To conform to U.S. government space technology export regulations, the applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
