Position Overview
As a Retail Sales Representative, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping customers find the best wireless solutions for their needs. You will be responsible for building relationships with customers, educating them on Verizon products and services, and driving sales through personalized recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional in-store experience
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best Verizon products, services, and accessories
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
- Educate customers on device features, wireless plans, and promotions
- Assist with device setup, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Maintain store appearance, merchandising standards, and inventory organization
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and high-performing sales environment
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of retail or sales experience preferred (wireless experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A goal-oriented mindset and motivation to succeed in a commission-based environment
- Interest in technology and mobile devices
- Ability to build relationships and provide personalized customer solutions
- Positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented sales environment
