Complete guest registrations, secure payments, and verify or adjust billing as needed
Confirm guest information, room rates, and room selections
Create and code electronic room keys
Assist guests with reservations, questions, and special requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
Address guest concerns by researching, resolving, and negotiating solutions to ensure satisfaction
Deliver high standards of service to consistently exceed guest expectations
Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service
Implement creative solutions while following brand standards
Maintain strong knowledge of hotel offerings, including:
Build strong, professional relationships with guests, clients, and groups
Provide local area recommendations and information
