We are a privately owned dental office that is not corporate in practice or feel, located in Syracuse, UT. Our dentist is the owner and he treats us like family and not just as a numbered employee.
Hours: M-Th (7:45am-5:00pm).
We are seeking dedicated Dental Assistant to assist with our clinical operations and ensure the highest standards of patient care. This role involves being a part of a dedicated dental team, assisting in procedures, helping with stocking and supply inventory, checking patients in and out of appointments, dental charting, and maintaining a positive and efficient working environment. We are willing to train a new dental assist as well. We believe in hiring the right person and teaching the desired skills if needed.
Duties
- Participate in daily clinical operations, including scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Practice aseptic techniques to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive care, including general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and x-ray procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in the dental field is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train an employee that is willing to learn.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy.
- preferred 2+ years experience but we are willing to teach.
- Experience with Dexis imaging software.
- We use Curve Dental software. No experience needed but would help.
- Familiarity with 3D scanning technology and x-ray procedures is highly desirable.
- Proficient understanding of general dentistry principles as well as specialized areas such as prosthodontics and endodontics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster teamwork among clinical staff.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care while adhering to all relevant regulations.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
