Warehouse Team Leader – Starlight Containers Packaging &Logistics LLC
Starlight is looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team.
We are seeking a responsible, organized, and hands-on individual with general warehouse experience who can help lead and support daily warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support daily warehouse activities
- Shipping and receiving
- Incoming material inspection
- Sorting and rework projects
- Loading and unloading materials
- Operate a forklift safely
- Verify materials, quantities, and documentation
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse
- Support the team to ensure work is completed accurately and on time
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience
- Experience with shipping and receiving
- Knowledge of incoming inspection
- Experience with sorting and rework projects
- Forklift experience
- General knowledge of warehouse operations
- Ability to lead and work as part of a team
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour
Position: Full-Time
