compensation: STARTING $18.00 / hr ( opportunity to grow ) must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Must have some kind of kitchen experience but no baking experience necessary
Scheduling will vary depending on production demands. We schedule and are open 7 days a week. Being on time for work is a must. - Looking for full time 40 hours a week.
We train the right applicants - per position ( Mixing / Shaping / Baking / Retail / Prep ) Work in a timely / speedy proficient manner, multi-tasking as well as keeping organized and clean
Be able to move push lift up to 50 lb pounds of weight. Flour bags 50 lbs.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
Willingness to work as part of a team.

If you're a foodie or love food you will like our environment. We will train if you have no dough mixing experience
Working duties include and not limited to : Must be able to stand for long periods of time, Lift 50 lbs bags of flour. Read recipes, scale, weigh, mix, cut out of bowl dough, record information according to company standards and move on to the next dough formula mix. Prep preferments, starters, prep for next day production. Use of multiple bread dough mixers. If you are a high energy high performer you will thrive in our environment. Must be able to lift 50lbs. ( bag of flour )
Lifting, bending, twisting, stooping, this is a physical position lifting bags of flour, dough out of bowls, cutting into dough bins.
Must be 18 years old
In an 8-hour workday: standing/walking 8 hours.
