Audio/Video Control Systems Programmer (Crestron & QSC)
We’re looking for an experienced AV Control Systems Programmer to join our team. This role focuses on programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting Crestron and QSC Q‑Sys systems across a variety of commercial environments.
What You’ll Do
- Program, configure, and deploy Crestron and Q‑Sys control systems
- Commission AV systems onsite, ensuring full functionality and client satisfaction
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues across audio, video, networking, and control layers
- Collaborate with project managers, installers, and clients to deliver reliable, intuitive AV solutions
- Maintain documentation, system backups, and version control
What You Bring
- Proven experience with Crestron (SIMPL/SIMPL+ or VC‑4) and Q‑Sys Designer
- Strong troubleshooting skills — able to isolate and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Solid understanding of AV signal flow, DSP configuration, and control system logic
- Ability to work independently in the field and communicate clearly with clients
- Bonus: Experience with AV networking, Dante, or other DSP platforms
