We are a fully licensed cannabis retailer, distributor, manufacturer, and delivery service located in San Jose, California. We are a veteran-friendly employer and strongly encourage veterans to apply. We are seeking a delivery driver to join our team and help provide excellent service to our customers.
Duties
- Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle to deliver cannabis orders to customers.
- Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely and compliant deliveries.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting positively and professionally with clients during deliveries.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and handle products in compliance with California cannabis regulations.
- Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory organization and preparation of outgoing orders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred.
- Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of route driving and navigation.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Experience with inventory management is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
Position Details
- Pay: $20-$23/hour + tips
- Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday
- Shifts: Must have open availability and must be available on weekends, evening and holidays.
- Vehicle: Company vehicle provided
