REPORTS TO: Nail Team Leader/General Manager
PRIMARY PURPOSE: Be a leading-edge nail technician who consistently uses their creative and technical skills to create a personally rejuvenating experience for each other and our guests. Have ability to develop and strengthen relationships with clients and team members, while actively engaged in instilling a culture of technical expertise to maintain Spalon Montages reputation as a dominant leader in the salon/spa industry.
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS: A passion for people. Must have the assertiveness and self-confidence to express their technical ability and belief in the experience to consistently exceed customers expectations. Desire to continually improve technical skills and product knowledge, and be aware of new industry developments to become a leader in the industry. Ability to develop and maintain long-standing relationships with clients and team members.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Nail Technician license required. A willingness and ability to learn, listen and understand clients needs and apply technical and creative skills to create a personal leading-edge nail treatment and experience to each client.
