Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for assigned projects, including self-perform and subcontracted work

Supervise field staff and all subcontractor trades to ensure schedule, quality, and productivity targets are met

Develop, maintain, and drive the project master schedule and daily work plans
-
Coordinate material deliveries, inspections, commissioning, and site logistics
-
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for ownership, design teams, and internal project leadership
-
Review drawings and specifications, identify constructability concerns, and resolve field issues in real time
-
Enforce quality control standards and project documentation requirements
-
Promote and enforce site safety programs, conduct jobsite inspections, and lead safety meetings
-
Complete performance feedback for field personnel and support workforce planning
-
Support preconstruction, estimating, and project handoff activities as needed
Requirements:
-
5+ years as a Superintendent with a general contractor
-
Strong background delivering wood-frame multifamily projects
-
Experience supervising multiple subcontractor trades in an active jobsite environment
-
Comfortable working full-time on site from a jobsite trailer
-
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus
-
Experience in multifamily, affordable housing, and residential construction is a plus
-
Estimating or preconstruction exposure is a plus
-
OSHA 30 and LEED credentials are a plus
