Overview
Maelee Construction Services, LLC is hiring a dependable, detail oriented, hardworking construction cleanup crew leader & driver to lead construction cleanup crews at residential job sites. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and helping a team succeed.

Duties
- Safely drive a pickup truck with a gooseneck dump trailer
- Lead and supervise a crew on construction cleanup jobs
- Load, haul, and dispose of construction debris
- Lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Train new team members on safety and company procedures
- Communicate clearly with crew members, management, and customers
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience pulling a gooseneck trailer (Required)
- 5-year clean driving record (Required)
- Experience driving pickup trucks
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding work daily
- Valid driver’s license
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
