About the Role
NowMedia is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Talent Success Assistant to join our team in Houston. This role is essential in creating a seamless experience for our guests, contributors, and show hosts while supporting the daily operations of our programming team.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, enjoys coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and respond to pending emails from contributors, guests, and hosts each morning.
- Manage incoming inquiries regarding show participation and scheduling.
- Monitor booking calendars and identify newly scheduled guests through Calendly.
- Coordinate guest scheduling and ensure all booking information is complete.
- Research guests and generate relevant discussion topics based on each show's format and the guest's expertise.
- Send topic recommendations and pre-show information to guests.
- Follow up with guests via email, text, or phone if responses are not received within 24 hours.
- Coordinate guests referred directly by show hosts, manually scheduling interviews and ensuring all required forms are completed.
- Prepare and maintain accurate run sheets and scheduling documentation.
- Work closely with Sales, Production, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of programming, live events, schedule updates, and special broadcasts.
- Help maximize programming efficiency while maintaining high editorial and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Spanish (med)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in media, television, broadcasting, podcasting, events, or administrative coordination is preferred but not required.
