Summary: Seeking an APM Consultant with hands-on CallidusCloud/SAP Commissions experience for incentive compensation management — plan design, commission rules, quota setup, and reporting for contact center/sales teams.
Must-Have:
- CallidusCloud / SAP Commissions / SAP Incentive Management
- ICM/SPM/APM domain knowledge
- Commission plan configuration & reporting
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SAP Agent Performance Management solutions tailored to client needs, focusing on ICM or equivalent platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable system architectures utilizing service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles and solution architecture best practices.
- Configure and customize SAP APM modules, ensuring alignment with client business processes and IT infrastructure requirements.
- Integrate SAP systems with other enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Pegasystems, and cloud services like AWS or Azure using RESTful APIs and web services.
- Conduct technical troubleshooting support for performance issues, system errors, and integration challenges across diverse environments including Linux, Windows, and cloud platforms.
