Our Jersey City office is conveniently located in the heart of the city, just a 2-minute walk from the Exchange Place PATH Station, making it easily accessible for both patients and staff.
Position Summary
Dental Design Smile NJ is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly motivated
General & Cosmetic Dentist to join our growing team.
We are looking for a doctor who is committed to providing outstanding patient care,
communicates effectively with patients, and is confident performing a wide range of general and cosmetic dental procedures.
Responsibilities
● Comprehensive new patient examinations and treatment planning
● Restorative dentistry (fillings/cavities)
● Simple and surgical extractions
● Root canal therapy
● Routine dental cleanings
● Scaling and root planing (deep cleanings)
● Stage II implant procedures
● Composite and porcelain veneer repairs
● Veneer preparation and placement
● Cosmetic smile design procedures
● Emergency dental treatment
● Patient education and case presentation
Qualifications
● DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
● Active New Jersey Dental License in good standing
● Experience in both general and cosmetic dentistry
● Excellent communication and chairside manner
● Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
● Ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional patient care
● Experience with Open Dental software is a plus
Schedule
● Full-Time: Monday through Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
● One Saturday per month (rotating schedule with another doctor)
● Additional hours may be required based on patient needs
Compensation & Benefits
● $700 per day
● Commission on veneer preparations and other qualifying production

Training at Our Miami Headquarters
Candidates who successfully complete the office interview will be invited to our Miami headquarters for training and to become familiar with our systems, workflow, and standards of care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
