Express Employment Professionals is hiring reliable Field Service Technicians to assist with residential and commercial electrical meter change-outs throughout the Gwinnett County area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, being outdoors, and earning additional income based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Safely replace residential and commercial electrical meters
- Travel between assigned service locations throughout the day
- Complete daily production goals (minimum of 60 meter change-outs per day)
- Accurately track completed work and service information
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
- Maintain company vehicle and equipment
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Comfortable driving throughout the Gwinnett County area
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Previous electrical, utility, construction, maintenance, cable, HVAC, or field service experience preferred
Schedule:
Pay:
- $20/hour base pay
- Additional $2 bonus per meter completed once production goals are met
Motivated technicians have the opportunity to significantly increase earnings through performance incentives. Candidates completing 60+ meters per day can earn additional daily bonuses on top of their hourly pay.
