We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Operator who can build systems, generate consultations, manage appointment setters, optimize GoHighLevel, increase online sales, and drive revenue growth.

Your Mission
Generate qualified consultations, increase revenue, improve conversion rates, and build scalable growth systems across the entire business.
You will own customer acquisition, lead generation, marketing automation, appointment setter performance, referral growth, affiliate growth, Shopify growth, and revenue reporting.
Success is measured by consultations, show rates, sales, and revenue—not activity.
Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth & Lead Generation
- Generate qualified consultations through Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, referral campaigns, email marketing, SMS marketing, influencer campaigns, and other growth channels.
- Analyze funnel performance and continuously improve conversion rates.
- Develop and optimize landing pages, offers, lead magnets, and booking funnels.
- Track and improve cost per lead, cost per consultation, cost per acquisition, and ROI.
GoHighLevel & Marketing Automation
- Personally build and manage GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, automations, and reporting.
- Create and optimize lead nurturing systems.
- Improve speed-to-lead and lead conversion performance.
- Build attribution tracking and KPI dashboards.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and lead data integrity.
Appointment Setter Management
- Manage and coach appointment setters.
- Establish daily KPIs and accountability systems.
- Monitor call volume, contact rates, booking rates, and show rates.
- Improve lead response time and appointment quality.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
Paid Advertising
- Personally manage or oversee Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Launch, test, optimize, and scale profitable campaigns.
- Monitor daily performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Improve lead quality while maintaining profitability.
Shopify & E-Commerce Growth
- Build and scale Shopify e-commerce revenue.
- Improve website conversion rates.
- Implement upsell, cross-sell, email, SMS, and retention campaigns.
- Optimize customer journey and customer lifetime value.
- Identify new online revenue opportunities.
Affiliate & Referral Programs
- Build and manage a profitable affiliate program.
- Recruit, onboard, and support affiliates and influencers.
- Develop a referral program that consistently generates consultations and sales.
- Create referral partnerships with clients, stylists, influencers, medical professionals, and strategic partners.
- Track affiliate and referral performance metrics.
Reporting & Accountability
- Track all marketing KPIs daily.
- Deliver detailed weekly reports.
- Maintain full calendar transparency and task accountability.
- Take ownership of outcomes and results.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of growth marketing, customer acquisition, or lead generation experience.
- Experience managing high-ticket lead generation campaigns.
- Experience personally building workflows and automations inside GoHighLevel.
- Experience managing Meta Ads.
- Experience managing Google Ads.
- Experience managing appointment setters or inside sales teams.
- Experience managing Shopify stores and e-commerce growth.
- Experience building affiliate programs.
- Experience building referral programs.
- Strong understanding of CRM automation and attribution.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Comfortable being measured on daily KPIs and revenue performance.
- Full-time in-office commitment.

Compensation
Base Salary: $80,000
Performance Bonuses:
- Consultation volume bonuses
- Revenue bonuses
- Performance-based incentives
On-Target Earnings: $200,000+
