Job Summary
We are seeking dependable, self-motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team of Process Servers. In this vital role, you will be responsible for working independently, managing a flexible schedule, and delivering legal documents accurately and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethics. Your efforts will ensure that legal proceedings are initiated smoothly, supporting the justice process and upholding the integrity of legal operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of legal service delivery, combining mobility, record management, and procedural law knowledge to make a meaningful impact.
Duties
- Serve a wide variety of legal documents including Subpoenas, Summons, Complaints, and Petitions in Civil Matters at residences, businesses, and other locations.
- Utilize personal vehicles and mobile data collection software to deliver documents promptly across designated areas.
- Use the company's mobile app to: Accurately document all service attempts, upload photos of addresses, and record service and non-service outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed notes
Qualifications
- Experience in Process Serving, Law Enforcement, Security, Military Service, Investigations, or Legal Support Services is highly preferred, but not required.
- Ability to operate mobile devices and software efficiently for data collection and record management.
- Valid driver’s license with a reliable personal vehicle for document delivery; clean driving record preferred.
- Demonstrated professionalism with a commitment to ethical conduct and confidentiality.
