Luxor Staffing is hiring a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician starting at $30 per hour depending on experience with 1st shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!
Monday-Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm with some weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical systems and equipment
- Operate and maintain air compressors, metal detectors, and boiler systems
- Safely operate equipment such as forklifts and scissor lifts as needed
- Monitor and maintain proper functionality of mechanical air pressure systems
- Diagnose issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Knowledge of air compressors, boilers, and metal detection systems
- Experience operating forklifts and scissor lifts (certification preferred)
- Strong understanding of mechanical air pressure systems and projects
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
