Job Title: Fulfillment Team Member

Reports To: Fulfillment Manager / Fulfillment Supervisor
Compensation: $19.00/Hr.
Position Summary:
The Fulfillment Team Member is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. This role plays a key part in meeting order deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and precise fulfillment practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick items from inventory based on order specifications using pick lists or handheld scanners.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and damage prevention.
- Label and scan packages for shipping using company systems.
- Replenish inventory and restock shelves as needed.
- Assist in inventory counts and quality control checks.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) if trained and certified.
- Support other departments or tasks as assigned to meet operational needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
- Basic computer or scanner proficiency.
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and carry items up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Working Conditions:
- Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures.
- May require standing for long periods and repetitive motions.
- Use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) may be required.
