Job Summary
Bryan Materials Group is seeking a reliable and safety-oriented Tri-Axle Dump Truck / Ready Mix Concrete / Cement Tanker Truck Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of ready-mix concrete to construction sites while maintaining high standards of customer service and equipment care.
The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, prioritizes safety, and understands the importance of delivering a quality product on time.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate tri-axle dump trucks and/or ready-mix concrete trucks and/or cement tankers as assigned
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Deliver aggregates or concrete according to customer specifications and job site conditions
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers
- Safely maneuver truck in residential, commercial, and industrial job sites
- Clean and wash truck to prevent material buildup
- Monitor slump, consistency, and proper discharge of material
- Complete delivery tickets and required documentation accurately
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
Qualifications
- Valid CDL (Class A or B) with air brake endorsement
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Previous ready-mix experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, overtime, and occasional Saturdays
- Ability to climb ladders and perform physical tasks (lifting 50 lbs., climbing on/off truck multiple times daily)
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Regular climbing, bending, and lifting
- PPE required
