Sales Representative – FMCG
Prestige Concept LLC is a fast-growing FMCG distributor expanding across 25 states with three branches. We work with 7,000+ stores — from neighborhood delis to major chains like C-Town Supermarkets, Foodtown, Key Food, Food Bazaar, and Lotte — and we open new regions every quarter. Our growth creates real opportunities for motivated sales reps to grow with us.
What you'll do:
- Visit 10–15 stores per day on your route — you'll be on the road most of the day, driving your own vehicle
- Negotiate with store owners and managers (existing client base + onboarding new stores)
- Expand shelf presence, place orders, keep CRM updated
- Meet sales targets — your income is tied directly to your results
How you'll earn (we believe in full transparency):
- Paid training (first 2–3 weeks): commission on everything you sell +guaranteed base— you earn from day one while you learn our products, routes, and systems
- After training: performance-based pay. Most reps earn $4,500–$6,000/month; top performers make $8,000–$12,000/month
- Gas reimbursement OR company car (after training, depending on region)
- Full-time, Monday–Friday · W-2 or 1099 · bi-weekly pay
What you need (please apply only if all four are true for you):
- Reliable personal vehicle + valid driver's license + insurance
- 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience (field sales, retail, or FMCG is a big plus)
- Available full-time Mon–Fri and comfortable driving and visiting stores all day
- English: Intermediate or higher (Russian, Ukrainian, or Spanish is a plus)
