About The Role
- Responsible for completion of work orders for tasks related to TAE Facilities.
- Warehousing. Clearing out and consolidating items in the warehouse.
- Working with vendors to find the best solution for Disposing or Recycling of TAE Assets.
- Assist management in establishing and maintaining all equipment, tools, supplies in stock, inventories, and logs.
- Follow a comprehensive preventative maintenance plan and maintain all related records and logs.
- Communicate effectively to appropriate individual building status and changes.
- Adhere to all safety standards, policies & procedures, codes of conduct and best practices.
- Act in a professional and courteous manner always with co-workers, vendors, etc.
- Utilize materials, supplies, tools and other building property in a safe, productive manner.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Ability to do building maintenance.
Physical Requirements:
- Climbing
- Operating heavy equipment
- Driving
- Lifting/carrying heavy items up to 50 lbs.
- Stooping/Bending
- Pushing/pulling/dragging heavy items
- Balancing in high places
- Standing for long periods of time
- Working in cramped places
- Working outside or underground
About You
- 5+ years of related work experience and technical training.
- Class C Driver’s License
- High school graduate or GED required, technical school training in maintenance related courses is preferred.
- Ability to understand and interpret design documents, manufacturer’s specifications and written operational procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure teamwork and positive client/tenant/co-worker relations.
- Forklift and Pallet Jack experience required.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
- Capable of doing extensive walking, climbing stairs and ladders, lifting/carrying a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work overtime on special projects as required.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new job-related software such as inventory control and asset management programs.
- Have working knowledge of tools and their proper use.
At TAE Technologies, we consider a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and job-related knowledge, training; licenses and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements depending on the position offered (non-Sr., Sr.,). The compensation range for these roles are $35.00 - $40.00 an hour.
