The Role:
We seek an on-site, Full-Time Bookkeeper. You will handle general ledger accounting for multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage general ledger maintenance for corporate clients.
- Perform bank, loan, and credit card reconciliations.
- Prepare preliminary financial statements, including Balance Sheets & P&Ls.
- Clean up client files for tax preparation.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working within a CPA firm a plus.
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
- Ability to work fully on-site daily.
