Position Summary
As an Independent Contractor Massage Therapist, you will provide professional massage services to guests while managing your treatments independently within the operational standards and guest experience expectations of Cottonwood Hot Springs.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality massage therapy services tailored to individual guest needs
- Conduct guest intake and maintain professional communication throughout services
- Arrive prepared and maintain treatment room cleanliness and organization
- Manage session timing and maintain professional standards of practice
- Coordinate availability and appointments with property scheduling procedures
- Maintain all required licenses, insurance, and certifications
- Deliver a welcoming and professional guest experience aligned with Cottonwood Hot Springs standards
Qualifications
- Current Colorado Massage Therapist license (required)
- Professional liability insurance (required)
- Prior massage therapy experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and guest service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage schedule commitments
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling based on contractor availability and guest demand
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
- Opportunity to build recurring clientele and serve resort guests
Compensation
- Contractor compensation structure based on massage services performed (details provided during interview)
- Guest gratuities retained by therapist (if applicable under operating procedures)
Independent Contractor Information
