The Sales Affiliate Support Specialist is responsible for supporting and managing relationships with sales affiliates, referral partners, and lead providers within the debt settlement industry. This role acts as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners, helping ensure smooth onboarding, strong communication, operational support, and ongoing production growth.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-service driven, and experienced in sales support, debt settlement, or financial services. This individual will work closely with affiliate partners, internal sales teams, compliance, and operations to maximize partner success and maintain a positive partner experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main support contact for affiliate and referral partners
- Assist with onboarding new affiliates, including documentation, system setup, and training coordination
- Maintain regular communication with partners regarding performance, lead flow, and operational updates
- Monitor affiliate submissions and assist with issue resolution related to leads, enrollments, commissions, or compliance
- Coordinate with internal departments including sales, compliance, underwriting, and client services
- Provide partners with marketing materials, program updates, and process guidance
- Track affiliate production metrics and prepare performance reports
- Help identify opportunities to improve affiliate engagement and retention
- Ensure all affiliate activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Respond promptly to partner inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist management with special projects and partner growth initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in debt settlement, financial services, affiliate management, or sales support preferred
- Strong understanding of debt settlement programs and sales processes is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
