Minnesota Grinding is seeking candidates for a CNC Precision Grinding Technician role: Setup and operate manual and CNC precision grinding machines to process parts per customer specifications. Any shift. Pay increases as skills increase.

The CNC Precision Grinding Technician role can be filled by a trainee or experienced CNC machinist: thread, cylindrical or centerless grinding. Math, mechanical problem solving, communication, and team work skills are key. Related two-year technical degree and 3+ years related experience preferred. Preferred experience in CNC; robotics; thread, cylindrical or centerless grinding. Basic familiarity with machines and machine tools of many types. Experience with blueprint reading, calipers, micrometers and other precision measuring equipment is preferred. Computer literacy, proficiency in Windows environment.
SCHEDULE: Minnesota Grinding is seeking candidates for any shift. 1st shift Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm; 2nd shift Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm; 3rd shift Sunday evening-Friday morning 10pm-6:30am.
LOCATION: Minnesota Grinding is located at 5400 Douglas Drive, Crystal, MN 55429

Starting pay range: $22-$35 depending on skill/experience; pay increases as skills increase
