Job Overview
Are you energetic, driven, and love working with people? As a Sales Inspector, you will be the face of Universal Pest & Termite. You will act as a frontline consultant for our core divisions: Pest Control, Termite Control, Crawlspace Repair, Attic Insulation, and Duct Cleaning.
This is a dynamic, paid position that blends hands-on field inspections with relationship-driven sales. If you enjoy a mix of solving problems outdoors, utilizing specialized equipment, and controlling your own earning potential, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Property Inspections: Conduct thorough residential and commercial inspections to identify pest/termite activity, crawlspace or attic issues, and duct cleaning needs.
- Customer Consultation: Confidently engage with property owners to explain findings, answer technical questions, and recommend tailored, high-value solutions.
- Reporting & Documentation: Utilize digital tools to complete detailed inspection reports, custom sales proposals, and accurate records for seamless service handoffs.
- Safe Vehicle Operation: Navigate company-provided vehicles safely to scheduled daily routes across the region while maintaining an excellent driving profile.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and safety standards while handling tools, machinery, and products.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Sales Mindset: Prior experience in sales, account management, or customer service is required; a positive attitude and strong closing skills are essential.
- License Preferred: A valid Pest Control Registered Technician License (or prior industry knowledge) is highly recommended, but we will train the right candidate.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to navigate crawlspaces and attics, and comfortably operate specialized inspection tools and equipment.
- Clean Driving Record: A valid driver’s license with a clean record is mandatory to operate company vehicles.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically capable of performing thorough property inspections.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to build immediate trust and rapport with homeowners and business owners.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
