We are seeking a dependable Florida-licensed Registered Nurse to lead Home Health Aide orientation and skills training sessions. This is a low-stress, part-time teaching role ideal for a nurse who enjoys mentoring and sharing their experience.
Responsibilities

Lead small-group orientation sessions for new Home Health Aides

Demonstrate basic caregiving and patient care skills

Review agency policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Provide guidance and support to trainees during orientation
Requirements

Active Florida RN License

Current CPR Certification

Eligible for Level 2 Background Screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
