About the Role
Are you an experienced, compassionate Registered Dental Assistant looking for a dynamic workplace? We are a fast-paced, private dental office seeking a dedicated RDA to join our collaborative team and help keep our practice running smoothly.

You will perform core dental duties in close collaboration with your fellow assistants and providers. Teamwork, a friendly attitude are essential to success in our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials for each patient's specific case.
- Provide efficient and proactive chairside assistance.
- Expose and capture high-quality dental X-rays.
- Sterilize instruments and strictly follow all infection control protocols.
- Disinfect and seamlessly turn over operatories between patients.
- Keep dental ops spotless, organized, and well-stocked.
- Assist in maintaining accurate office inventory.
- Perform basic lab tasks, including pouring stone and trimming models.
- Deliver clear, comforting post-operative care instructions to patients.
- Maintain highly accurate and detailed treatment records.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience as a Dental Assistant (Preferred).
- Licensure: Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (Required) and current X-ray certification.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certifications: Current CPR certification.
- Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)
- Capabilities: Fully capable of performing all standard RDA functions with a strong working knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
